Well, I was fairly convinced we were not gonna do a refund on today's presentation. In fact, that is one of the first things I said when we went live! But, of course, technology always gets in the way... (If you're one of the 1,245 people emailing me right now, yes I see your message that you did not get in :P ) With 6,000 people registered for a single webinar, I guess stuff was bound to go wrong. Text alerts didn't work, emails arrived too late, etc. So I just had my team put up the replay. Not to brag, but I think it's the best presentation I've given...
