This looks complicated, but really all it is telling me is when I should enter trades for the highest chance of success...
- The summary is, from left to right, the 1st zone tells you there’s a 90% chance for the trend to go to the 2nd zone.
- Once at the 2nd zone, there’s a 50% chance for the trend to go either way, so you don’t want to place a trade there… you want to wait a little bit until the trend reverses and crosses the red trendline into Zone 3.
- Zone 3 tells you that there is an 80% chance that the trend will keep going up, so you want to place your trade when the trend just enters into zone 3!
Now, don’t worry if you didn’t get what I said, all you have to know is that I drew these “3 Money Boxes” in my mind to spot these 3 trades.
