We are Hiring - Customer Support Engineer

Your job will be providing Support to our customers and prospects via Zendesk support system, Splashtop desktop remote control app, live chat, Skype & Zoom. 

Most customer support requests hit Zendesk App, and then it's your job to reach out to the customer and answer their question about the platform, products or gather more information for the QA/Development team.
 
You must have been in a customer-facing support role before, ideally in a B2C more than a B2B environment. 

Another advantage is having provided technical support to those that are a little older and may not be tech-savvy.
You'll need people skills and be very patient and understanding with our users. If you do that, people will be truly grateful to you for getting their platform up and running. 

You will also need to be polite with customers that might not be so friendly and not take things personally. 

We're looking for people that are not afraid to ask us questions if they don't know the answer. We don't expect you to know it all about the platform, we have to make sure we provide the most accurate and precise reply to our users or prospects. All Jigsaw Team will be glad to answer all your questions regarding the platform, products or trading. In Support, we also go the extra mile and dislike telegraphic replies, we like rich and informative replies and asking questions will help you to do that and also learn a lot about trading and the platform. 

We are all based in Asia, except for Gonzalo that is located in Spain. We are looking for a person in Europe/UK, we aim to support through the US morning and afternoon so your work hours will be 9am to 5pm US EST,  you will have to be comfortable working afternoons and nights if you are in Central Europe. The first couple of weeks while we train you, you will be working along our current support team in Asia/Europe from 10am to 6pm CET.  

This is a full-time, long-term job opportunity to work in a growing company, if you are looking for a short-term job opportunity you are not a good fit.
