Image Source: WCHS When 63-year-old Charles Doty Jr. walked into a Little Caesars restaurant earlier this month, he became irate when the pizza he craved was not ready. He was told that his order would be ready in 10 more minutes, but it was 9 p.m., and Doty was feeling impatient.
