The interrogation is tied to Benjamin's ties to Gerald Migdol, a Harlem landlord and lawyer. Migdol is accused of wire fraud and conspiracy. He faces a sentence of more than 40 years in prison if convicted. Worse, Migdol is well-known for having sponsored a Hillary Clinton fundraiser. Is anybody surprised, though? Of course, Benjamin claims that he's done nothing wrong and all of his activities are perfectly legal. Why is that always the line that Democrats use when they get caught breaking the law?
