May 5, 2022 Spin Control Image Source: The Blaze A judge presiding over US special counsel John Durham's case against cybersecurity lawyer Michael Sussmann determined this week that some Hillary Clinton-Fusion GPS papers previously kept private on attorney-client privilege arguments can now be exposed in court. Durham contended that the records are critical to his case against Sussmann. Sussmann is accused of lying to the FBI about information linking then-presidential candidate Donald Trump's campaign to the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank. The CIA found that Sussmann's alleged proof against Trump was not "technically plausible," Durham asserted. But the records should be kept secret, if you ask Hillary and the DNC.
