BLEH! Let's Short the Housing Bubble
 Liz here, thinking about the time I rented an apartment without seeing it and then realized it was in a very bad part of town and broke my lease without ever moving in, and then had to find another apartment in a big hurry.
My (at the time) future father-in-law said to my (at the time) boyfriend, "You do realize that this girl is FLAKY."
I suspect that the flakiness is part of my appeal, because he went on and married me and we bought an actual house together, on Redfin. At the height of the housing bubble. What fools do for love.
Now the housing bubble and the tech bubble are both crashing in a big way, and my old friend Redfin is right there at the intersection.
Let's short that whole mess, shall we?
