In 2018, I gave a talk at the Fintech on the Block Conference in San Francisco.
I told everyone the cryptocurrency market was in the middle of a "crypto winter."
Prices of major cryptos like bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) were down over 80% from their highs.
New coin launches were canceled. Once sold-out crypto conferences were empty. And the naysayers came out in full force.
However, that "crypto winter" set the stage for one of the greatest buying opportunities in history. And the people who stayed the course saw massive gains.
Bitcoin went on to soar 1,900%. Ethereum skyrocketed over 4,000%.
And so the big question on everyone's mind is:
Are we in the middle of another crypto winter?
