Forex is a way to trade currency pairs. This is a slow way of trading and the volatility is not great. (Ex: trading the US dollar against the Euro)
However, Forex pairs trade great for technical analysis.
I also think that every trader should always trade on a simulated account before they trade with real money.
Make sure it is a LIVE account, also, never trade what you can afford to lose.
I have personally traded forex and I didn't hit a profit target or stop loss within a month, so as you can tell this is NOT for me.
If you like slow trades where you can be in a long time, and trades technical analysis, then Forex could be for you.
