It has been over two years since the pandemic first hit and we are still feeling the effects of shortages and supply chain issues. However, we at Ashcroft Capital have been working hard to find solutions to these problems so that we can continue to provide our value-add strategy to our investors.
We have been successful in sourcing large quantities of materials needed for renovations, while keeping costs in line with our original budgets. We have also been able to factor in and solve for inflation. These have been major challenges that we have overcome by maintaining solid leadership, having an incredibly strong team and being proactive.
