He sent our Support team a nasty note. He was complaining about getting charged for our Options Navigator program. It's not cheap. $550 a month. But he never canceled it so he got charged.
Fine, we refunded his money. I never want a client who is unhappy.
But then he went overboard. He claimed that we never sent him any trades but the trades he did were unprofitable.
Reminds of a guy in university. He complained that the food in the cafeteria was awful and the portions were too small.
So we checked and, of course, we had sent him all the emails that we was entitled to. But he had never opened them even though he received them!
So we copied the proof that we had sent them but he didn't open them. He shot back another email where he said he didn't know how to open them!
OK, time to let this loser go. Time to stop wasting time trying to create profits for him.
I don't know if he had the two losing trades because of us. It's always possible so let's assume he executed our directions flawlessly. But to judge a service by two trades is just plain stupid and intellectually dishonest.
But then he lied about not getting the emails. So he had to claim he didn't know how to open them after we busted him for that lie.
But, gosh, he opened other emails, so, once again, he was lying.
Why am I telling you this story?
Because this guy will never be a profitable trader.
He is a liar.
He is lying to us. More importantly, he is lying to himself.
He isn't taking responsibility for his actions.
Profitable traders can't ly about reality. They can't ly about who is responsible for their winning and losing trades. They have to take responsibility for themselves.
Trading is easy intellectually but hard psychologically. People don't want to be truthful with others or themselves. But trading profits accrue to those who are honest.
Every great trader I have met was honest. Sometimes brutally honest.
My Mentoring Intensive is for those who truly want to make serious money. I will be brutally honest with you as we go through the process. I owe you my complete honesty. Sugar coating won't make you money. Being in reality will.
