We are in the process of closing AVAF2's seventh and final asset, The Aspect, projected to close on September 15th.
Please note, to start accruing preferred returns on the property in September, you need to be in the Fund no later than August 31.
No worries, if that doesn't work for you, you still have a little more time to invest in AVAF 2 before it closes. However, this will be the last property the Fund will acquire.
