In my email on last Thursday I mentioned that EURCHF could produce a quite good sell opportunity, if we see a steep upward move which brings the price into extreme overbought condition.

Until now, the desired steep upward move didn't happen. Instead, the price touched the resistance level (horizontal red line) and immediately got rejected to the downside. But the rejection to the downside side was not strong and the rising upward trend channel is still quite intact.

In the following screenshot I have drawn the rising trend channel (the green lines).

What we now want to see is that the price exceeds the trend channel to the upside.

This can only occur with a steep upward move which would bring the price into extreme overbought condition, and then we would have a nice selling opportunity :)
