This is a reminder that our Ashcroft Value-Add Fund 3 ("AVAF3") conference call is tonight. The conference call will provide an opportunity to discuss Midtown 501, the overall structure of the AVAF3, our acquisition update and how you can get started when the subscription is available for investors.
