Post a Comment
At 4:01 a.m., a 10-foot-high vapor cloud started drifting across the floor... It was roughly 95% propane, 2.5% hydrofluoric acid, and 2.5% other hydrocarbons. It came from a busted pipe joint in the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery's alkylation unit.
