Dead Stocks Walking

Post a Comment

Dear Loyal Reader,

On Thursday, I shared the full details on my new Shakeout Profit system.

This system triggers new trades when four special indicators line up perfectly. When it happens, stocks have a high probability of taking a nosedive, and you can use my new Shakeout trades to score profits as it happens.

One of the indicators bears a bit of a funny name — the dead cat bounce.

It’s a little morbid, but that’s the point.

The term was coined by the late Raymond DeVoe Jr., the idea being that even a dead cat will bounce if dropped from a great enough height, and the same applies to stocks.

Last week, I believe we saw dozens of these dead stocks lift dramatic heights in such a fashion.

Crypto stocks like Marathon Digital Holdings as well as Carvana almost doubled, while Bed Bath & Beyond tripled after announcing it was in danger of bankruptcy.

These aren’t healthy businesses, or healthy moves in their share prices.

These are speculators trying to make a quick buck, and short sellers selling their shares.

But it is creating the perfect profit opportunity with the Shakeout Profit system.

The Shakeout Profit system makes money when it targets stocks about to drop. And it looks like that’s exactly what could happen next week.

We saw tech stocks in particular have a rotten fourth quarter after news of dramatic layoffs. Do you think these companies would can employees if their fourth-quarter sales didn’t stink?

That’s why I think we could see a very dramatic sell-off as early as next week — as dramatic as the rally we just saw this past week.
