Then we must disscuss the importance of looking inward when it comes to growth. It's easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to others, but true growth starts with focusing on our own unique gifts and talents.
Here are three key components to keep in mind:
1. Stop comparing yourself to others. Comparison will only discourage you. Instead, focus on developing your own gifts.
2. Work at discovering your gifts. There are special talents that you have, find them and develop them.
3. Identify your weaknesses. It's not about others, it's about you. When you find your weaknesses work on them by bringing people around you that have strengths in areas of your weaknesses.
As an action item, I encourage you to take a moment to think about what your special gift is and how you can work to develop it. Share your thoughts with me, if you wish.
I believe that by focusing on ourselves and our unique gifts, we open ourselves up to unlimited growth and potential. Remember, growth starts by looking inward.

We had a quick break to the upside that was rejected I realize this is counter trend but the rejection signal was strong so I believe it was worth a try.
Last week my euro short ended with a small loss. If this eur/usd short doesn't work I will take a break with that trade idea for a while.
