Please find an announcement regarding our February 10% bonus for investors who complete their Ashcroft Value-Add Fund III (AVAF3) investment this month.
We had such a great response to our first ever 10% bonus in February we are offering it again in March.
Investors who complete their Ashcroft Value-Add Fund III (AVAF3) investment in March will also receive a 10% bonus. Although we are extending this offer or may provide other investment offers in the future, we will not be offering a better bonus for the AVAF3.
This 10% bonus is only available to the first $10,000,000 Class B shares raised in March. This limited-time bonus will be funded by the General Partners so it will not reduce the value of any LP investments before or after.
By investing now, you are not only mitigating risk by diversifying, but you also stand to gain accelerated equity return, higher IRR, and greater total distributions. If you invest $100,000 in class B shares, you can expect to receive your distributions at a 10% accelerated rate. In other words, your Distributions will be 110% of the amount that would have otherwise been distributed to you.*
Take advantage of this great value-add offer today. This bonus is only for Class B investments.
If you have any questions, please use the link below to schedule time with me to discuss.
