How To Draft A Winning Portfolio

Hey Trader,

If you know me, you know I love the NFL.

And this past weekend was the NFL combine…

If you're not familiar, the combine is a public event held once a year that allows every NFL team to personally evaluate and interview each member of the incoming draft class.

It's a great event for the players, too, as they get the chance to showcase their skillset, size, and strength in front of various team personnel.

But as much as I love watching these kids perform, any actual evaluation being done is simply a guessing game.

It's all speculation.

None of the intangibles can actually be measured…

Things like how a player handles adversity…

How much they study the playbook…

How they get along in the locker room…

Things that actually determine if this player is or isn't a good fit for a particular team.

Stock market evaluation is much the same.

The company might look great on paper or produce a great product, but when it comes to share price, they are a lame duck.

It's true… Most market evaluation is purely speculative.

That's why I only trust the scanners.

The scanners are best "scouts" in the business…

They detect unusual options activity that alert me to the trades being made by the biggest, smartest traders in the word.

Hedge fund managers, institutions, Wall Street elites…

These are the market makers.

And their moves are the only ones worth following in my opinion.

That doesn't mean you can't get lucky with some penny stock…

Or unlucky with an unusual options flow trade…

But my track record following the scanner signals is the proof in the pudding.

I've made a career trading this way.

And although it's not conventional, it's been extremely lucrative.

Not just for me, but for folks in the Trade Room that follow along with me, too.

And that's my favorite part… Making other people money.

That's the goal, and that's what I'll continue to do.

I hope you guys are ready for a great year ahead of us.

Til next time.

Regards,

Andrew Keene
