The properties will be financed using fixed-rate agency loans to mitigate market uncertainty, remove the exposure to interest rate volatility, and protect cash flow.
AVAF3 8% Bonus in May
With the award of Gateway Lakes and Cocoplum now is a great time to invest in the AVAF3. We are offering an 8% bonus to investors who complete their Ashcroft Value-Add Fund III (AVAF3) investment in May. This 8% bonus is only available to the first $10,000,000 Class B shares raised in May. This limited-time bonus will be funded by the General Partners, so it will not reduce the value of any LP investments before or after.
