Ashcroft Capital recently announced the pending acquisition of a 718-unit multifamily portfolio spanning two of Florida's strongest markets – Sarasota Springs and Coconut Creek. With our 2nd and 3rd properties identified for the Ashcroft Value-Add Fund III (AVAF3), Gateway Lakes and Cocoplum, now is a great time to invest in the AVAF3. We are offering an 8% bonus to investors who complete their AVAF3 investment in May. This 8% bonus is only available to the first $10,000,000 Class B shares raised in May. This limited-time bonus will be funded by the General Partners, so it will not reduce the value of any LP investments before or after.
