Two Ways to Trade UCAR I thought the chat guy was long gone…    It's been months since we've seen him pump a stock — let alone have a winner.    I thought he would forever haunt our nightmares, but he came back at the best possible time...   And yesterday his premarket pick was U Power Limited (NASDAQ: UCAR). It's a complete scam of a stock…    It's a trash IPO from a year ago. And it's been nothing but absolute destruction since…    Every long-term holder of UCAR is trapped — their hopes and dreams crushed.  But yesterday was the epitome of a first green day chart… UCAR chart: 1-year, daily candle — courtesy of StocksToTrade.com I liked that UCAR has been red almost every day for a year and that it was a chat pump…    It was like a rotten piece of road kill spewing out an odor attracting the short sellers like flies.   And that made it ripe for a potential squeeze…   Plus, UCAR checked a lot of the boxes we look for:    Low float.  Chat pump.  Destroyed IPO (which has been a hot sector).  First green day chart.  Sketchy Chinese crap.  8 a.m. press release.    Every box was checked on this piece of crap.    So what's our standard approach to chat pumps?   Buy in pre, sell in pre would be the most aggressive play…    But the safer play is to wait for that pull at the market open because 99% of chat pumps fail at the open…   Then look for a textbook dip and rip.    That's exactly what UCAR did in the morning…    It pulled back and then consolidated around VWAP for about 45 minutes. Then when we were in the 9:45 a.m. or later window, it ripped through my signal price at $5.50 and hit my goal of $7…    If you were more aggressive and held some, it went to a morning high of $9!
