What is it like to tour one of our investment properties?
Investors recently joined Director of Investor Education Travis Watts for tours of our newest properties, Gateway Lakes and Cocoplum. While on the tour, they learned how an on-site visit can physically demonstrate how our value-add plan at these properties will help us achieve our targeted returns for you.
In the video below, Travis discusses each property and the way we will leverage our extensive experience implementing value-add business plans to generate revenue potential for you. Here are some of the highlights:
Cocoplum
Over 60% of the units have already been renovated to a high-end scope.
Renovated units are achieving premiums of $200 per month more than unrenovated units.
The location is in high demand due to its easy access to major cities nearby and its proximity to retail.
Gateway Lakes
All the buildings were recently painted, and all the roofs were replaced in 2020.
Impressive amenities are offered: resort swimming pool, lakeside grilling areas, fitness center, billiards room, playground, walking trails, dog park, and more.
Amenity areas can be upgraded easily to best-in-class standards to compete with newer high-end properties nearby.
Here is what Norman Yap, Real Estate Investor, took away from his tour of Gateway Lakes:
