Wall Street’s “Shell Game”
Yesterday, Jack Carter talked to you about Wall Street being rigged.
I wanted to continue that thought thread today with another analogy:
I tend to think of Wall Street more like a “shell game”.
You know those hustlers on the boardwalk who shuffle a ball or something under some cups at lightning speed.
And at the end, you have to guess which cup the ball is under.
Spoiler alert: you’ll never guess right, because it’s not so much a “game” as it is a “scam”… and when it’s over, they take your money.
If you’ve ever felt like you’ve been scammed when you played the Wall Street “shell game”, I’ve got news for you.
You’re not entirely wrong.
See, Wall Street insiders have enormous advantages that regular people like you and I will never have.
They have the connections, the technological resources and mountains of money with which to play their shell game.
Years ago, I set out to see how to beat Wall Street at their own game. And surprisingly, I discovered that the best way to beat them is to join them.
Well, not really. You and I aren’t going to put on 3 piece suits and work on Wall Street.
But I do have a unique way of peeking behind the curtain to see exactly where Wall Street’s “smart money” is building their positions.
