For a long long time I have believed in the power of creating your own reality through focus and meditation on your goals. To summarize, Jeffry says that while he had been using affirmations in other areas of his life, he never thought to apply this technique to his trading..
And he’s convinced that his affirmations have helped him manifest 7-figure profits in 2020 and to lose a significant amount of weight.
If we had read this anywhere else, we might have easily cast this off as a "fluffy, pie in the sky, new age technique. "But the fact that Jeffry — who is about as logical as they come — has used it and seen results, gives us pause.
So what are affirmations?
They're simply positive statements that you repeat to yourself on a regular basis. This particular technique that he references talks about writing these statements many times every single day. (read the link for details)
The idea is that by repeating these statements, you're retraining your subconscious mind to believe them. And once your subconscious mind believes them, you're more likely to take actions that will make them come true.
It sounds simple — almost superstitious — but hey, who are we to judge?
