The acquisition of the second property in the Ashcroft Value-Add Fund III (AVAF3)—Gateway Lakes, now Halston Lakeside—has been completed, with the third—Cocoplum—soon to follow.
Once the third acquisition is completed, the AVAF3 could close at any time.
This bonus is available only to Class B shareholders and will be funded by the General Partners, so it will not reduce the value of any LP investments before or after.*
