Time to plan your next move.     We are closing out the Ashcroft Value-Add Fund III (AVAF3) Class A Limited Partnership Interests by September 30.     What does this mean for you?     Class A Limited Partnership Interests are now available on a first-to-fund basis, with a final deadline of September 30, 2023.   Class A will close early if we receive the necessary funding before the deadline.   September will also be your last opportunity to earn a 4% bonus for completing your investment in the AVAF3.*   Although Class A are first-to-fund, you must complete your investment by the end of September.
