In this clear uptrend we'll take a very aggressive, neutral to bullish stance and try to grow the balance as fast as possible. Between the 10-day EMA and the Keltner Channel mean (20-day EMA) [thick white line on my charts] would be a 1:1 ratio of bull puts to bear calls. Mandatory bull put on earnings winners with strong guidance and bear call on earnings losers with weak guidance. In this uncertain trend we'll take a neutral stance and try to grow the balance moderately. If conditions become too choppy, a move to cash may be warranted. Less than the Keltner Channel mean (20-day EMA) [thick white line on my charts] would be all bear calls on earnings losers with weak guidance. In this clear downtrend we'll take a very aggressive, neutral to bearish stance and try to grow the balance as fast as possible.
| The main takeaway here is the strategy taught in SAJ is high probability to begin with. When applied to the overall market trend the probability goes up. By taking 10-minutes each morning to observe the trend it assures that day's watchlist is aligned.
