In my previous email, I spilled the beans on my early experience with Warrior Trading, the hefty £3000 upfront cost, and how I blew up my £1000 trading account. The struggle was real.
Risking £100 per trade with a £1000 account was a one-way ticket to disaster. As my balance dipped below £300, my broker called for more funds, and I hit a roadblock. It just wasn't working.
I was already £4000 down from my Warrior Trading venture, and day trading US small cap stocks in the UK was proving to be a costly affair. The broker fees and commissions alone were draining my account at an alarming rate. After taking a breather from trading, I was eager to dive back in before my skills got rusty. Chatting with my brother, a fellow Forex trader, he suggested giving Forex a shot.
With Warrior Trading, I'd covered various aspects of trading but not Forex.
In 2020, I made the switch from day trading US stocks to day trading forex, and I've got a video that dives deeper into this transition that you can watch here. My brother introduced me to his broker and platform, offering a free demo and the chance to start with no fees or commissions. "What have you got to lose?" he said. And so began my Forex journey...
