| | The "AI Trade" Is Dead - Good Riddance
Over the past two weeks, the over-hyped, overbought, overblown, and overrated trade in "AI stocks" has come to a screeching halt.
For almost two years, and third-rate executive could put "AI" in his company name or say "AI" a few times in her earnings calls and investors would buy shares hand over fist, eager to get a piece of the "ultimate disruptor."
It reminds me of the last decade, when a beverage company put the word "Blockchain" in its listed name just to cash in on Blockchain-mania. It worked, too, for a while. | But that's done with now - the dead wood has been cleared out, the phonies have been exposed, and the market is wrestling with legitimate questions about the role AI will play in corporate profits from here out. | But, as we said last week, the prospects for AI profits have never been better. Not from buying "AI stocks," but from tapping the power of AI in your own trading - putting it to work for you. | My colleague, Professor Bierman, developed an AI technology - "Genesis Cog" - for Wall Street not long ago… They made a killing. | Now it's the little guy's turn to profit from this mind-boggling AI. Turn it loose on regular stocks and watch it run. | Take a look. | Greg Madison TheoTrade |
