But today I want to pivot a little…
In keeping up with the daily news cycle that’s kind of been all tariffs all the time…
It’s easy to forget that there’s still a historic, world-remaking revolution happening in AI.
I was listening to Amazon’s CEO, Andy Jassy and in his annual report he says, “we want to treat our company like a startup.”
That’s a great mentality to have at such a big company.
He was talking about AI and how he’s never seen anything like it in all the years of his business.
He’s never seen demand for anything like he’s seen for AI.
And it speaks to this revolution unfolding that a lot of folks sitting at home don’t fully understand.
It took me a while to understand it, honestly, and I think about this stuff day and night.
Here’s the thing – right now, AI is mostly in our computers, phones, ChatGPT – helping around the margins.
But the next phase of AI, already happening, is moving it from our desktop and phones into the physical world.
“Physical AI” is a mind-boggling opportunity…
Elon Musk says it’s going to be “the biggest product ever.”
Nvidia’s CEO Jensen Huang says it’s a multi-trillion-dollar opportunity.
Forbes estimates $24 trillion.
It’s BIG – okay?
“Physical AI” means intelligent cars, robots that perform tasks like humans (they’re already here), lawnmowers – I mean, you can’t even imagine.
Think about the world our kids and grandkids will live in!
But in the here and now, AI is revolutionizing factories as we speak.
And these robots – scientists at MIT took a ChatGPT-like AI and added it to a robot and all of a sudden it’s playing ping pong and tennis and doing all these things.
Huge advancements are happening in real time.
Nvidia is predicted to become the world’s first $10 trillion company as it rolls out physical AI.
That’s why they’re going all-in on all the components needed to make this work – they need “eyes” and “muscles” – all kinds of things.
They’re partnering with companies that own patents on these specialized technologies so they can dominate this space.
And there’s two private startups I’ve found that are so solid…
One already has a partnership with Nvidia and Amazon and a bunch of companies and a big backlog for their product.
The other, a robotics company, has MIT’s Venture Fund invested in it…
Leading VC, Techstars, is backing it – they’ve funded 11 unicorns and seen 400,000X returns.
The bluest of the blue-chip, savviest investors on earth are partnering with and backing these two companies.
This next phase of AI is an early opportunity I don’t want my readers to sleep on.
Our world is changing in ways we can hardly imagine, already!
Trillion-dollar behemoths are all placing their bets.
And we have an opportunity to make investing history.
