Wall Street is bracing for another market bloodbath this week… Big names like Delta, JP Morgan Chase, and Wells Fargo are gearing up for a fresh round of earnings in the next few days. And post-Liberation Day, there’s enough uncertainty in the markets to drive a whole new wave of panic selling no matter what headlines hit the tape. However grim the markets may look, we must remember one thing. Volatility always breeds opportunity. Emotional overreactions will always grab the biggest headlines. But it's all just noise... We can benefit by following the option flow instead of reacting to the latest news bombs. Fortunately for us, the options market is kicking into overdrive this week. Institutional traders are ramping up their exposure to high-value options trades as I write to you. Just yesterday, my Unusual Options Activity (UOA) scanner tipped off a massive inflow of $5.7 million in call options on one under-the-radar stock – Futu Holdings (FUTU). And that’s not the only buy signal the options market is flashing. My UOA scanner picked up similar signals from a whole slew of stocks set to bust out earnings in the coming weeks. To really understand where markets are heading, we need to take our cues from the smart money as they tee up a whole new wave of winning trades… The kind that have already handed us double- and triple-digit gains while risking just a fraction of our initial capital.  | Chart of the Day: The Smart Money Just Teed up a Massive Bet on FUTU | 
Yesterday, my UOA scanner discovered a whole wave of bullish bets on FUTU. And while this stock has been flying under the radar for a while, I believe it’s preparing for a huge breakout from here. The stock currently trades at $79.16 – that’s up 4.4% ($3.39) from its previous close. While it’s no stranger to volatility, FUTU’s lowest lows circa 2022 to 2023 are well behind it. The stock has drifted steadily higher ever since. And the recent data shows the stock is still trading well above both its 100-day and 200-day moving averages. That’s an extremely bullish technical indicator for us. If it maintains its position above these key moving averages, we’ll see even more upside from here.
