Here are the three reasons this $TGT setup has my attention using TerraLine.

Structure met structure around 95 to 96, and price held at that intersection. That told me the rising teal structure was taking control. -
Once price moved through 98 to 99, the old downward trendline stopped being relevant and the rising structure became the guide. -
