Jeff Bierman has a word for what is happening right now. Anti-climactic. Companies are doing what they are supposed to do. The market is not rewarding them. The S&P 500 is papering over the real story. Individual stocks are breaking down one by one while the index sits flat. Jeff says when 20 or 25 big names crack, the whole thing implodes. - Why you cannot trade off rhetoric. Trump threatened retaliation against European sellers. The market rallied on the headline. Jeff says trading off political statements is the dumbest thing ever. Trade facts. Trade probabilities. Trade slopes.
