Hi there,
McDonald's (MCD) is still getting attention after fresh analyst upgrades and higher price targets.
When that kind of optimism builds, it can quietly create pressure to get in before the next move.
But here is the reminder I always come back to:
Upgrades don't confirm timing.
Price does.
Stocks can receive glowing commentary and still pause, pull back, or consolidate before making their real move. Acting too early often turns a good idea into a frustrating trade.
That is exactly why I rely on the TRIAD Indicator.
Before I enter any trade, I want to see three specific things:
- A clear trend in place.
- Momentum supporting the move.
- Price action confirming the entry.
When those three align, you are no longer reacting to analyst enthusiasm—you are trading a setup the market itself is validating.
If you are ready to see the strategy, click below:
Commentary creates noise. Confirmation creates consistency.
To your trading success,
Joe Duffy
