I traced my path from a personal breaking point - the kind that strips everything away - through the disciplines that steadied me, and ultimately to the most spiritual and religious experience of my five-plus decades of life: a profound reconnection with God through sacred sacrament. On my knees, God washed away my sins and said: "Matthew… I don't make imperfect things."
That changed everything.
I also draw a hard line in this episode - one I feel called to draw clearly:
Sacred Warrior Fellowship is not a psychedelic space. It is not a wellness brand. We are a church.
There are no gurus here. No healers. No saviors. Healing belongs to God alone. Our role is to create the conditions for sacred communion and then get out of the way.
This path is not comfortable. It is not performative. And it is not for everyone.
