The company has built a complete critical minerals supply chain that handles everything from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to U.S. private industry and government customers.
On the sourcing side, M2i Global has established partnerships with Australian mining operations to secure access to several essential minerals:
- NT Minerals: An exclusive offtake agreement for 88,000 tonnes of copper, currently valued at approximately $1 billion
- Nimy Resources: A collaboration on the development and supply of gallium from the Mons Project in Western Australia
- Titanium X: In the process of acquiring titanium minerals either by off-take agreements or project acquisition
- Additional sourcing capabilities for graphite, antimony, and tungsten

M2i Global's mid-stream processing turns raw materials into usable industrial inputs. The company's processing capabilities include:

The flow of materials moves from Australian sourcing partners through mid-stream processing and storage at the Hawthorne Army Depot, then out to serve both U.S. private industry and government end users through the Critical Minerals Reserve and marketplace infrastructure.
Building America's First Critical Mineral Reserve
M2i Global has launched an initiative to build the nation's first Critical Minerals Reserve (CMR), to be headquartered in Mineral County, Nevada. This is a transformative public-private initiative to develop and operate the United States' first Critical Minerals Reserve, which will secure the nation's supply of critical minerals and metals essential to defense, clean energy, and industrial leadership.
The CMR is designed to store, refine, and distribute critical minerals like gallium, graphite, and copper—all of which are essential for everything from defense systems and semiconductors to electric vehicles and battery technology.
The reserve is supported by three technology platforms:
1. SMS: Handles storage, custody, and inventory management 2. SMT: Provides tracking and tracing from source to industry end users 3. SMX: Creates a marketplace exchange connecting buyers and sellers | | | The Roadmap: 19 Projects Through 2030
M2i Global's blueprint identifies 19 projects across graphite, cathodes, LAB circularity, gallium, titanium, and the Clearinghouse pilot. The planned sequencing includes:
2026: Graphite projects launch in Hammond, Illinois and Nevada, plus a Clearinghouse pilot 2027: LAB dismantling/oxide, cathode precursor, gallium pilots, and titanium/alloy pilots begin 2028: Nevada graphite scales up, LAB/cathode scaling, titanium under DPA, and gallium replication 2029: Exchange Gulf Coast hub opens, titanium alloys, LAB/cathode mainstream, and graphite expansions 2030: Gallium refining, full-stack Exchange, and broad SMS integration
For 2026, the company has identified four primary revenue drivers:
1. DLA Hammond (Graphite): Task Order for 5,000 MT at $1.50/kg, generating approximately $7.5 million 2. Nevada Exchange (Reno): DV-serialized marketplace for critical minerals with approximately $2-3 million revenue from graphite/CSPG plus SMS registration 3. LAB Recycling Phase 1: Approximately $25 million from battery breaking operations 4. SMS (HAWD) Phase 1: Approximately $7 million initial inventory (copper, nickel, cobalt, titanium, gallium oxide, REOs, manganese oxide) with approximately $0.1 million monetization from fees and pilot leasing
The Strategic Rationale
China controls 70-85% of critical material processing globally, while U.S. demand is surging. Industrial reshoring is no longer optional. M2i Global offers 19 shovel-ready projects across Tier 1 permitting jurisdictions in Missouri, Nevada, and Texas, each aligned with federal goals.
All of this could make things very interesting for Volato Group as the proposed merger moves through its final stages.
