Good morning,
Small-cap stocks took a beating in February.
So I think we should be looking for oversold bouncers.
They'll have:
the biggest range right now least amount of sellers and high short interest to turbocharge the moves
We saw this in Lightning Alerts Friday.
My biggest wins were GNS and ETAO.
Now there's many ways to measure oversold.
My favorite is the Relative Strength Index or RSI.
Because it not only measures oversold, but momentum shifts.

A reading of 30 or below indicates an oversold condition.
RSI bouncing off of 30 (GNS) is a buy signal for me.
RSI crossing up through 30 (ETAO) is also a buy signal for me.

These were my most profitable stock trades in Lightning Alerts Friday.
I tried the same trade on SMMT too, but it failed, so I cut the loss.

As a general rule we want to use the recent low as the stop loss.

"One last thing, JB, you have the #1 RB room. Really appreciate your sincerity, energy, & transparency on all trades. It means a lot to know you are taking real trades and in the trenches with the team. A True General! Thank you JB!" -David S.
I'm very excited for next week.
