As a refresher, Gateway Lakes is a 358-unit property that provides a direct link to Downtown Sarasota, with easy access to top nation brands. Within 3 miles of the property, the average household income is $111K+ with an average home value of $528k. Sarasota County school district is A-rated and is ranked the second-best school district in all of Florida.
Cocoplum is a 360-unit property in Broward County, an infill market between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. Broward County is Florida's second-most populous county and has seen 13.2% population growth from 2010-2022. Apartment rents have steadily inclined at a 9.8% annual as of the third quarter of 2022 and have posted an average yearly gain of 8.9% over the last three years.
