An increase in highly qualified traffic to both locations has resulted in rent increases of 5% on average and 95% occupancy. (0:55)
Additional opportunities were discovered to increase NOI, including the addition of tech packages to all of the units. (1:25)
Many residents choose to stay and even return to the properties due to the high quality of construction (concrete block) resulting in better soundproofing than newer developments. (2:37)
Since being awarded this deal, the trailing 12-month NOI has increased nearly $200k at each property. (3:33)
