That's why we teamed up with Bauer and Rookie Made to celebrate this unmatched moment with a limited-edition, custom "She's Not Next, She's Now" merch drop, designed by GISTers, for GISTers.

What makes this merch drop special? Let us count the ways. First off, we worked with Portland, OR–based Rookie Made, a brand powered by a queer, non-binary artist, to create a design that screams The GIST. It speaks to female fans at all levels, from the casual to the hardcore.

The hockey jersey honors the sport's place in the jersey-as-fashion movement — but the design is inclusive of all sports, and we're also offering a t-shirt so you can rock this gear all year round.
The 25 on the back represents this incredibly special year, where women in sports don't have to accept "some day" or "up-and-coming" — they are the moment, right here and now, in 2025.
Bauer was another crucial piece of the puzzle. As a leader in the hockey space for decades and a huge supporter of women athletes, we knew they'd bring the gravitas (and high-quality materials) to make this drop truly exceptional.

But this merch doesn't just look good — it also does good. We're donating 10 percent of every purchase to Black Girl Hockey Club, the nonprofit that's combatting racism and sexism by empowering Black women and girls to take their rightful place on the ice. They're proof that while women's sports are already winning, they're not done yet.
